Application: Widely used in middle or high grade ceramic saw blade, high grade cutter head, granite saw blade, gang saw blades, wire saw blade, drills and other diamond tools.
Features:
1. Good compactibily and superior than the other domestic products;
2. Excellent particle size distribution;
3. Low oxygen content, narrower fluctuation;
4. Outstanding hardness, bending strength and self-sharpening performance.
Recommendation:
Adding 30%-50% amount of products while maintaining the same original formula. Or using 40%-70% amount of products as based bond while combining Fe Cu Sn or other element metal powder.
