Marmomac ReStart Digital Edition – the digital version of the landmark trade fair in the natural stone sector and the first 100% online event organised by Veronafiere – ended on Friday 2 October.

Two hundred and ten companies took part over the three days of the event with virtual stands (111 international from 22 countries) joined by a total of 4,975 operators (60% international from 135 countries), as well as 200 top-buyers invited by Veronafiere and ICE-Italian Trade Commission.

The “Products” section hosted on the platform was also a huge success, with more than 3,100 items, while the “Projects” section welcome 840 items uploaded to exhibitor profiles. Attendance at Marmomac ReStart Digital Edition saw Italy take first place, followed by India, Brazil, the United States, Turkey, Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany and China.

Yet Marmomac Restart Digital was also an occasion for dissemination, content and training, with 67 speakers and 158 live or streamed digital events including webinars, company presentations, country focus events – Brazil, China and the United States- and Marmomac Academy refresher courses for architects and designers.

All the Marmomac Academy videos will be available on the Marmomac website as of 26 October.

The next appointment with Marmomac is set for 29 September-2 October 2021 in the Veronafiere Exhibition Centre.
