Machine introduction:
Kaida brand infrared four-column cutting machine is mainly used for granite and marble infrared cutting. It can quickly, accurately and continuously cut the required standard specifications according to requirements.
 
Machine structure decomposition:
The machine has four different machining depths: 400 7 cm; 600 18 cm; 700 22 cm; 800 28 cm
There are two functions of conventional and chamfering. The table has 45°, 90° and 360° rotation modes, which can be 0-85°, among which 800 bridge cutters can rotate the middle conductor by 45° chamfer
The main motor power has three specifications 15kw, 18.5kw, 22kw;
The hydraulic pump of the hydraulic station can reach 50KG hydraulic pressure.
 
Machine characteristics:
1. The electronic control system is independently developed by Kaida Stone Machinery Design Team. It is composed of microcomputer control system and human-computer interaction interface, Japan Omron PLC, Schneider inverter, China Ou Rui, Germany Schneider contactor and other imported electrical appliances; Safe and efficient operation performance;
2. The device adopts the magnetic scale measuring device to measure and position. Compared with the traditional rotary encoder, it has greatly improved the accuracy and service life of the measuring and positioning;
3. The machine head adopts high-precision chrome-plated four-column column and hydraulic lifting of the wear-resistant guide column, which is better than the slide lifting stability, faster and more accurate;
4. The main motor adopts well-known brands of Jiangsheng to provide a strong and continuous source of power for the equipment.
5. The main material of the workbench adopts International No. 14 H-shaped steel. There are three kinds of table top materials: galvanized sheet, wood board and wooden strip, which is made through multiple processes, high strength, good waterproof and resistant.
